Ogden Body Shop recently serviced a 2016 Lexus GX 460 that had suffered rear bumper and lamp damage. We took pictures of the vehicle and wrote an estimate of repairs in advance before the vehicle came to the shop so that we could pre-order parts and have them here in advance. The vehicle was dropped off at our shop at 1704 Baldwin St in Weber County on a Tuesday, and was ready by noon the next day. The rear bumper was refinished to the original OEM color of “Lexus Knights Armor Pearl” using our PPG Envirobase line of paint.
Ogden Body Shop recently serviced a Tiguan R-Line in Southington, CT. The vehicle repair estimate was originally written poorly by an insurance adjuster, which often happens when the customer has the insurance company write an appraisal. The insurance company hopes the owner will not fix the vehicle and instead cash the check, so the insurance adjuster writes as little as possible on the estimate. We meticulously disassembled the vehicle to identify all work necessary to return the vehicle to pre-accident condition. The insurance adjuster then has to come to our shop at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County to meet with our vehicle appraiser to agree on all necessary repairs. This process we perform for the customer ensures the vehicle is properly repaired. This vehicle had extensive damage to the underlying structure, exhaust, lift gate, and bumper which we were able to return to a condition like brand new which exceeds the insurance company’s requirements, but this in line with our standard of excellence.
Ogden Body Shop recently repaired a Middlebury, CT Dodge Durango. We took the vehicle in and put the customer into a rental car while repairs were underway. After disassembling the rear bumper, we found the exhaust tip had to be replaced in addition the rear bumper repairs. The Durango was ready for the customer the next day to minimize the amount of time they had to ride in a rental car. We have rental cars available for customer pickup at our shop located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County. The customer leaves their rental with us when picking up their vehicle. Our goal is to minimize the interruptions to our customers’ lives, as they have their vehicle returned to pre-accident condition.
Ogden Body Shop recently repaired the grill and headlight of a Middlebury, CT customer’s Chrysler 200 Limited. Upon leaving his vehicle at our Weber County shop, located on 1704 Baldwin Street, we meticulously disassembled the around the front end damage to find any hidden damages. The headlight and grill were replaced while we repaired the scratches to the front bumper. The customer dropped off on a Monday and picked up on a Wednesday. By repairing instead of replacing and minimizing car rental days, we ensure the customer’s total bill paid by the insurance company is as low as possible. This ensures the customer’s yearly insurance premium increases are not negatively impacted.
