Bumper Fender Headlight Replacement

We had the customer stop by our shop, located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County, a week before starting repairs so that we could write the estimate and pre-order parts. The customer dropped her car off on Monday and we had it ready for Wednesday afternoon. The projected repair time on the vehicle was 6 days, but due to proper planning we finished the job 3 days ahead of schedule. This is important when considering the impact of the cost of repairs on the customer’s insurance rates. We try to use a mixture of cost effective parts and efficient planning to keep the repair costs to a minimum, while providing an excellent repair.

Drivers Side Mirror and Door Repair

The customer dropped his vehicle off at our shop located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County. We had to source the driver mirror specially for him because it was on national backorder. After repairing the fender and driver’s door, the mirror was installed and the vehicle refinished to “Granite Crystal Metallic”. The customer was able to leave his rental car with us upon picking up his completed vehicle from our shop.

Vehicle Damage Repair

2016 Mercedes Benz GLC400

The entire left side of the vehicle from front to rear bumper had damage from another vehicle sideswiping our customer’s Mercedes. We spent the first day meticulously disassembling the vehicle to identify all repairs and replacement parts from which we use this information to build a repair plan. We then worked directly with the customer’s insurance company to ensure the insurance company would cover all the necessary costs for returning the vehicle to pre-accident condition. Minor repairs were completed while replacements parts were being delivered. The vehicle was then refinished to the specified OEM color “Cavansite Blue Pearl”. The end result is the vehicle being returned to pre-accident condition without any signs of having been in an accident.

2016 Lexus GX 460

Ogden Body Shop recently serviced a 2016 Lexus GX 460 that had suffered rear bumper and lamp damage. We took pictures of the vehicle and wrote an estimate of repairs in advance before the vehicle came to the shop so that we could pre-order parts and have them here in advance. The vehicle was dropped off at our shop at 1704 Baldwin St in Weber County on a Tuesday, and was ready by noon the next day. The rear bumper was refinished to the original OEM color of “Lexus Knights Armor Pearl” using our PPG Envirobase line of paint.

Ogden Body Shop recently serviced a Tiguan R-Line in Southington, CT. The vehicle repair estimate was originally written poorly by an insurance adjuster, which often happens when the customer has the insurance company write an appraisal. The insurance company hopes the owner will not fix the vehicle and instead cash the check, so the insurance adjuster writes as little as possible on the estimate. We meticulously disassembled the vehicle to identify all work necessary to return the vehicle to pre-accident condition. The insurance adjuster then has to come to our shop at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County to meet with our vehicle appraiser to agree on all necessary repairs. This process we perform for the customer ensures the vehicle is properly repaired. This vehicle had extensive damage to the underlying structure, exhaust, lift gate, and bumper which we were able to return to a condition like brand new which exceeds the insurance company’s requirements, but this in line with our standard of excellence.

Ogden Body Shop recently repaired a Middlebury, CT Dodge Durango. We took the vehicle in and put the customer into a rental car while repairs were underway. After disassembling the rear bumper, we found the exhaust tip had to be replaced in addition the rear bumper repairs. The Durango was ready for the customer the next day to minimize the amount of time they had to ride in a rental car. We have rental cars available for customer pickup at our shop located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County. The customer leaves their rental with us when picking up their vehicle. Our goal is to minimize the interruptions to our customers’ lives, as they have their vehicle returned to pre-accident condition.

Grill and Headlight Repair

Ogden Body Shop recently repaired the grill and headlight of a Middlebury, CT customer’s Chrysler 200 Limited. Upon leaving his vehicle at our Weber County shop, located on 1704 Baldwin Street, we meticulously disassembled the around the front end damage to find any hidden damages. The headlight and grill were replaced while we repaired the scratches to the front bumper. The customer dropped off on a Monday and picked up on a Wednesday. By repairing instead of replacing and minimizing car rental days, we ensure the customer’s total bill paid by the insurance company is as low as possible. This ensures the customer’s yearly insurance premium increases are not negatively impacted.

We did a pre-inspection of the customer’s vehicle at our shop located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County. This allowed us to write an initial appraisal and pre-order parts before the customer dropped the vehicle off for the repairs. The estimated job time of the vehicle was 7 days, but we were able to do the repair in 3 days, with the car dropping off on Tuesday and have it completed by Thursday evening. We replaced the hatch and performed some minor repairs to the bumper, which were both refinished with PPG Envirobase to the OEM color of Dolphin Grey Metallic.

The customer had us write an appraisal at our vehicle inspection site located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County. After the appraisal was written, we worked with the customer’s insurance company to have all repair charges approved. Parts were ordered before the vehicle was dropped off, resulting in our ability to complete the job in four days instead of the calculated eight days. We always have rental cars available for pickup and drop-off at the shop to make the repair process as easy as possible. Both left doors were replaced and minor repairs were completed to the side, with the panels then being refinished to a gold metallic color using PPG Envirobase paint.

The customer dropped his vehicle off for repairs at our shop located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County, and picked up his rental vehicle. We replaced the rear bumper with an OEM bumper and did some minor paint work to the rear gate due to scratching. Upon completion, the customer was able to leave his rental vehicle with us when picking up his truck.

Based on the customer’s insurance plan requirements, we were able to return the vehicle to pre-accident condition using cost effective aftermarkets parts. By doing this, the cost of the claim is minimized which then reduces the yearly insurance premium increases to the customer. The new panels were refinished to the OEM color of Silvery Blue Metallic.

The Naugatuck came to our shop at 1704 Baldwin Street for a written appraisal. We inspected the vehicle and made minor repairs at that time so she could drive the vehicle until the repair parts arrived. Due to the extensive damage, we had to replace the left quarter panel and bumper, then refinish the vehicle with PPG Envirobase paint.

We pre-ordered the parts for the customer’s repair after inspecting the vehicle at our repair facility at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County. They dropped the car off in the morning and picked up their rental from our shop. We replaced the rear bumper, did some minor body work to the surrounding panels, and refinished the panels back to the original Green Gray Metallic using PPG Envirobase. Within three days, we had the vehicle back to the customer, and the customer was able to leave their Enterprise rental with us.

He was concerned the damage would exceed the value of the vehicle, the insurance company would total and take the vehicle. We were able to do a cost effective repair to keep the price of repairs to a minimum so he would not lose the vehicle. The interior structure was repaired and the rear bumper replaced.

The customer had their vehicle towed from the scene of the accident to our shop at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County. We appraised the vehicle and decided due to the extent of the damage, to replace the right quarter and the lift gate with new factory pieces. The customer needed the vehicle back ASAP, so we were able to prioritize her repair and complete it in 8 days instead of the calculated 16 days based on the job hours.

The parts were ordered, received, and refinished with PPG Envirobase to the OEM color Intense Blue. The vehicle was then assembled the next day for customer pickup and drop-off of their rental.

The Naugatuck customer had our appraiser check their vehicle damage when they stopped by our body shop located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County. The appraiser determined the damaged panels had to be replaced and that we would order the parts before having the customer leave the vehicle. By having the parts ahead of time we were able to return the car in 4 days which saved the customer money in rental charges. A new bumper, headlight and fender were put on the vehicle, with the panels refinished back to original factory color using PPG Envirobase paint.

The customer met our appraiser at the shop located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County. She explained she didn’t have rental coverage and needed the car repaired as quickly as possible. The appraiser wrote the estimate and pre-ordered the necessary parts for the job. When everything was here, the customer dropped the vehicle off at 7am on a Monday. We prioritized her vehicle and were able to have it ready at for 7am on Wednesday. The front bumper and headlight was replaced with minor repair work done to the fender. We refinished the vehicle back to the original factory paint with PPG Envirobase.

At our body shop located at 1704 Baldwin Street in Weber County, we did a written appraisal of the damages which we submitted to the customer’s insurance company. Upon approval from the insurance company, we pre-ordered parts and scheduled the customer to drop off the following Monday at which time we had an Enterprise rental waiting for them. We replaced the damaged components and refinished them to the original color of Blizzard White using PPG Envirobase. When the vehicle was ready, the customer left their rental car with us.
